A comfortable motor coach will transport guests from the Westin Hotel in Providence along a scenic route to the winery in Little Compton, while a tour guide narrates the history of the area. Established in 1975, Sakonnet Vineyard’s philosophy is to use the unique attributes of both local and imported grapes to create wines representing the regional character. While at the vineyard, guests will enjoy a tour of the winery and a tasting with bread and cheese. Afterwards there will be free time at Four Corners in Tiverton; here guests will have an opportunity to browse through the interesting gift and antique shops. Guests will be transported back to the Westin Hotel via motor coach.

Nestled within a beautifully landscaped park is the award-winning Roger Williams Park Zoo with more than 160 different species and 900 animals. In addition, guests may choose to explore the Natural History Museum, the planetarium or the vintage carousel and playground, all within the park grounds, for an additional admissions fee. Battleship Cove, located in Fall River, Massachusetts, houses the country's most complete collection of American World War II Navy ships. The extensive exhibit includes the Battleship Massachusetts, the submarine Lionfish, the destroyer Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr., and two PT boats. The exhibits are not only informative, but also interesting, and guests will come away from Battleship Cove with firsthand knowledge of what life was like for people serving on board WWII Naval Ships.
