Sedona Scenic Tour

Sedona
is situated in a unique geological area that has enchanted visitors for decades.
As you enter Sedona, the charm of this village becomes apparent. Modern buildings
complement rather than clash with the scenery. Featuring the wonder of what Native
Americans consider the spiritual vortex of the Southwest and absolutely sublime
red rock formations, Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon challenge many national parks in
their beauty.

On the
way to Sedona, we will make a brief stop at Montezuma’s Castle, a fascinating late
13th century Indian cliff dwelling.
After arriving in Sedona, enjoy a fascinating tour of Sedona and its history (be
sure to bring your camera!), enjoy lunch at the quaint Heartline Café, or amidst
the tranquil sounds of the trickling water at one of our many creekside dining locations,
and enjoy the plethora of shopping this enchanting town has to offer.
One of the most unique

shopping
areas is Tlaquepaque. Named for a picturesque suburb of Mexico's Queen City, Guadalajara,
Tlaquepaque's construction began in 1971 with the creation of the wall along the
highway. Soon artists and artisans, craftsmen and chefs were plying their art within
its confines. Today, its boundaries enclose more than 40 shops featuring one-of-a-kind
items that make a visit to Tlaquepaque incomparable.
Exploring red rock country can be an adventure in itself. Horseback riding on well
worn trails, jeep tours of every variety, hot air ballooning or biplane trips reveal
the grandeur of the monolithic formations up close. Any of these options can be
added to the agenda and are a great way to experience Red Rock Country!
Many cultures and agendas abound, but there's really only one attraction: the sheer,
exuberant beauty of the place.

Desert 4-Wheelin' Adventure
Our Desert 4-Wheelin’ Adventure is a fun way to escape from civilization and see
how the real West looks, sounds and smells! It is by far one of the best ways to
experience the Sonoran Desert.
Kuoni adds several features to our jeep excursion, which creates an unforgettable
experience. Your tour includes several hours of off-road driving in an open-air
vehicle through the rugged desert terrain. Our experienced driver leads you on a
nature walk, highlighting the various species of cacti and wildlife. Our guides
are experts in the world’s greenest desert.
River Float
Our relaxing and refreshing Scenic River Float Tour is a perfect introduction to
the

beauty
and wonder of the Sonoran Desert. The lower Salt River is a favorite foraging area
for bald eagles, coyotes, wild horses, mule deer and desert bighorn sheep. Rugged
mountains fill the background as we journey downstream between towering saguaro
cactus and shady mesquite groves. Strangely beautiful plant and animal communities,
unique to the desert Southwest, provide us with abundant photo and learning opportunities.
Our guides can share their extensive knowledge of the interesting and colorful history
of the area, discuss the native plants and animals that we encounter along the way,
or simply keep a watchful eye over guests during a spirited water fight!
A Class One float, the lower Salt River is swiftly moving, but features no large
rapids. Your guests can stay warm and dry in the winter or cool off with a refreshing
swim during the warmer months, making this tour ideal any time of year.
Arabian Horse Ranch Tour
Sandspur
The magic and mystic of the Arabian Horse is something that can only be expressed
through personal experience and interaction. It is only when you have had the chance
to touch, feel and breath an Arabian Horse can you know their inspiring spirit and
soul. Their captivating charisma will steal your heart. The courage and loyalty
of an Arabian has long been written since the ancient times of the Bedouin tribes.
They were thought of as prized possessions and treated as royalty. Many of world
conquests were won on the back of an Arabian Horse.
Our custom tour will provide your guests with the up close, hands on experience
of the Arabian Horse. It will showcase one of the most famed training and breeding
facilities in the world. You will learn history and present day disciplines. Experience
the daily care and health of these magnificent animals. Witness the power and elegance
of the Arabian under saddle. Learn the cutting edge technology involved in the breeding
of these genetically potent animals. View the charismatic personalities and power
of these world renowned horses in their natural state, which are turned loose in
a preview.
