INTELEC® has a long tradition of supporting and promoting high quality worldwide student research in the area of power electronics and systems relevant to the communications power and energy industry, such as the Joseph J. Suozzi INTELEC® Fellowship. Continuing with this tradition, INTELEC® 2012 includes a Student Program that highlights research papers from university students around the world.

These papers have been accepted for presentation after passing the same rigorous assessment of their technical content and quality that the other papers that are also part of INTELEC® 2012 Technical Program has passed and they are all going to be included in the conference proceedings. By presenting these papers as part of the Student Program, students have the opportunity to showcase their work to a broad audience from academia, industry and government members.
